As an experienced Orthopaedician, Dr. Varma is not only passionate about patient care but also deeply focused on managing hospital operations and revenue generation. His keen interest in optimizing operational efficiency ensures that the hospital runs smoothly while delivering the highest quality of care to its patients.
Dr. Varma’s leadership has been key in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless hospital operations, aligning them with NABH standards to deliver quality and safe patient care. His efforts have positioned Subashini Hospitals as a trusted institution in the healthcare sector.
Driven by a personal commitment to his roots, Dr. Varma has always strived to bring world-class healthcare facilities to the rural public of his birthplace, Puttur.
